If you're not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges: Available for the same item in a different color or design, subject to availability.
• How to request: Contact us via Instagram DM or email at hello@shopsleekz.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Shipping: Order shipping fees + Return shipping fees (EGP 120) are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is incorrect/defected.
